Ministries Teams at Trinity Lutheran Church

Evangelism: Members of this team strive to empower the congregation to be connected to God and to one another in the sharing of faith stories and “God sightings.” And important part of being a disciple is learning how to share our faith.

Parish Education: This team coordinates the Sunday School program using a rotational model, Vacation Bible School , and other special milestones throughout the year. They give age appropriate Bibles to students in Kindergarten, 3rd grade, and 6th grade. Parish Education also has an adult education team that organizes educational opportunities for our adults.

Mission Ministry: This team works year round to offer mission opportunities to the congregation. Throughout the year they lead us in participating in many projects including Habitat for Humanity, McRest, a handmade card ministry , prayer shawl ministry, Operation Christmas Child , donating to the local food pantry , and many others.

Stewardship: This team's focus is the aspect of giving of our time and our resources. Stewardship is a mark of discipleship, and we believe that we are called to prayerfully consider how to support the ministry of the congregation.

Prayer Chain: Trinity is a praying congregation. The prayer chain regularly prays for members and others who are experiencing challenges and are in need of support.

TLCW: “Trinity Lutheran Church Women” This group of hard working women, gather monthly to work on projects to support Trinity, the community, and beyond! Together, they host fundraising events such as the annual bazaar and rummage sale and the spaghetti supper. They also get together for fellowship gatherings at Christmas, and Mother's day.

Worship and Music: The Worship and Music Team works with the Pastor and the Director of Music to plan worship services throughout the year. Their goal is to make sure that worship is meaningful for all.
